DELIVERY POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

Orders will be delivered on the next day between 8.00 am & 6.00 pm

Food Delivery will be handled by our team of distributors consisting of well-trained drivers. They are instructed in proper food transportation standards and will therefore endure that the orders are taken carefully, delivered safely and in a timely manner.

Once the Customer receives the “order dispatched” notification, yet the delivery is delayed, the situation is effectively out of our control. Please note that Finagle will not take be taking responsibility on such occasions.

If the order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time as stated, please contact us on: 0777- 511 114 We will attend to it immediately and do our best to expedite the delivery and ensure you receive the goods without further delay.

If the delivery suffers a delay, the applied delivery charge will neither be voided nor refunded by Finagle

If the Customer fails to accept an order upon delivery or once order is ready to be delivered, or if Finagle is unable to deliver the order due to lack of information, or due to lack of or incorrect delivery instructions, or authorizations provided by the Customer; the order will automatically be considered delivered. Any storage, insurance and other costs incurred by us as a result of such inability to deliver shall be the responsibility of the Customer and he/she shall indemnify Finagle in full for such costs.

The Customer is expected to accept the order once delivered to the given address or else arrange for an authorized person to accept it on his/her behalf. If order is not accepted upon delivery, the Customer must contact the Finagle office within the next 10 minutes. Else, Finagle will consider the order as having been delivered as per requirements to the customer concerned. Finagle will not be responsible thereon and there will not be any replacement for such particular orders.

We kindly request the Customer to provide adequate and accurate details while placing an order. This will serve to avoid any issues or complications that may arise and smoothen the delivery process.

Please be informed that Finagle may not be able to deliver orders to certain locations beyond City limits. In such cases, our Customer Service Agents will get in touch with you and arrange for a cancellation of the order or arrange delivery to an alternate delivery address
